Presentation Guidelines
ANC 2C Commissioners and community members look forward to your presentation at our upcoming meeting. To ensure a successful presentation, we ask all presenters adhere to the following:

Agenda items are accepted until one week prior to the meeting. If an agenda item is not received by the deadline then it will be slated for the following month's agenda.

Presenters will have five to ten minutes to speak depending on topic.

If presenters have material to share at the meeting then:

please email all materials to the Commissioners at lease one week before your meeting date;

handouts must be provided to commissioners at the meeting;

additional handouts for community members are welcome;

documentation sent to the Commissioners will be posted to ANC 2C website;

if your presentation material is over-sized, please consider bringing an easel to make for an easier presentation; and
-
if your presentation material is other than printed handouts, the format of the material must be approved with the three commissioners by at least one week prior to your meeting.
